THE LITTLE STORY OF THE PRADO MUSEUM

Madrid's Prado Art Museum story is told from the perspective of the little 5 year old princess Margarita who Diego Velazquez painted in his picture The Family of Phillip IV which is also called Las Meninas or The Maids of Honour in 1656. The princess describes the history of the museum's construction and gives a tour through the different sections of the museum. Each page is illustrated with t he events the princess is describing.
